Why do my candles frost?

At Dreamfully Scented, we only use 100% natural soy wax — free from additives, toxins, and unnecessary fillers.

Because of this purity, you may notice a slight “frost” or crystal-like pattern on the surface or sides of your candle. This is completely normal and a natural characteristic of soy wax.

Why does my candle tunnel (burn down the middle)?Because it wasn’t burned long enough the first time! Let it burn 2–3 hours on the first use so the wax melts edge-to-edge.How long should I burn my candle at a time?No more than 4 hours. Trim the wick to ¼” before each burn to prevent soot and keep it safe.

Why does my candle have wet spots or gaps on the jar?

That’s just the wax pulling slightly from the jar as it cools — totally normal and doesn’t affect performance.ll the difference.

What are your candles made of?

Can I reuse the jar?

Why does my candle have a bumpy surface after burning?

That’s normal for natural soy wax. It shows you’re using a clean, additive-free candle.
