Welcome to Dreamfully Scented. By accessing or purchasing from our website or social media channels, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Product Information
All candles and products are handmade in small batches. Slight variations in color, scent strength, or appearance may occur. These are not considered defects but a result of our natural, artisan process.
2. Order Processing
Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing before shipping. During high-volume times (such as launches or holidays), processing times may be extended.
3. Shipping
We currently ship within the U.S. via USPS or UPS. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Dreamfully Scented is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Candle Care & Safety
We are not responsible for misuse of our products. Each candle includes a care card with proper usage instructions. Please follow all safety guidelines to ensure proper burning and to prevent hazards.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, branding, logo, product names, and designs are the intellectual property of Dreamfully Scented and may not be used without written permission.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your personal information will never be sold or shared and is used only to process your orders and improve your customer experience.

Subscriptions
Dreamfully Scented offers exclusive candle subscriptions for customers who want to receive monthly or seasonal deliveries of our luxury, hand-poured candles.
By signing up for a subscription, you agree to the following:
Billing & Payment
Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly depending on your selected plan).
Payments will be charged to the payment method provided at the time of sign-up.
If payment fails, your subscription may be paused or canceled until the issue is resolved.
Shipping Schedule
Subscription boxes are shipped out during the first week of each month unless otherwise stated.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Cancellations & Pauses
You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting us directly at tamirahpressley17@gmail.com.
Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
No Refunds on Subscriptions
Due to the custom and limited-edition nature of our candle collections, ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE FINAL.. We do not offer refunds once a subscription has been charged and processed.
Product Variations
Each subscription box may include new, seasonal, or exclusive scents and items not available for individual sale. Wax color, jar style, or scent blends may vary month to month.
Address Changes
You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is up to date. Any changes must be made prior to your next billing cycle to ensure timely delivery.
